We don’t want new customers ordering players here, on umix.com because a new order here will create a new customer account.

1. To add a new location – Log in to ytour account at myumix.com and press the “+” sign on your home page. Submit that form.  It’s that easy.
2. To get a new UMix player for any location that is already listed in your account. Click here to submit a support request and tell us exactly what you want.  We’ll take it from there.
